Weishaar Making Immediate Impact at Central Missouri

Riverside graduate and current freshman at Central Missouri, Taylor Weishaar, is having an immediate impact for the Mules basketball team. 

On Jan. 2nd vs. Emporia State, Taylor poured in 18 points and tied a season high with 13 rebounds and adding six blocks. 

Over her last four games, Taylor is averaging 18 points, 10.5 rebounds, and three blocks per game. She had 19 points, 11 rebounds, and three blocks vs. Washburn and had 22 points and 12 rebounds vs. Lincoln (MO). 

The Mules are 9-6 thru their first 15 games of the season and Taylor has started in all 15 games averaging 11.5 points and 7.9 rebounds per game. 

At Riverside, Taylor was the 2023 2A Player of the Year averaging over 17 points and 10 rebounds per game helping the Cyclones to back-to-back runner-up finishes in 2A during her junior and senior seasons.
