Wurtz Leads Clifton-Clyde to Third Straight TVL Track Title

Clifton-Clyde junior Sevy Wurtz helped the Eagles track team capture their third straight TVL Title last week at Washington County.

Sevy won the 100m dash, 200m dash, and long jump as the Eagles finished the meet with 100 points. Her long jump mark of 18-8 was the league record.

Sevy holds the Clifton-Clyde school records in the long jump, triple jump, and 200m dash.

She’s a multi-sport athlete and one of the most complete athletes in the state. This past basketball season, Sevy earned both First Team All-League and First Team All-State honors.
