Hodge Leaving Legacy at Hiawatha with Multiple State Records

Hiawatha senior Jordan Hodge ran his final State Track and Field meet on Saturday in Wichita and in the process adding medals and breaking records.

Jordan picked up four medals including a sixth place finish in the 800m and 1600m runs and a seventh place finish in the 3200m run. He was also part of the 4x400m relay team which finished in eighth place.  

His times in the 1600m and 3200m runs broke Hiawatha school records and he’s also the co-owner of the school record in the 800m run sharing it with George Miller who set the mark in 1940.

Jordan is set to continue his running and academic career at Highland Community College.
