Masqua Averaged Near Double-Double in Two Wins for Horton

Donte Masqua has helped the Horton Chargers basketball team get off to an undefeated start of 5-0.

Last week in wins over Pleasant Ridge and Jackson Heights, Donte was efficient from the floor averaging 14 points and eight rebounds per game while shooting 75% from the floor and 72% from the free throw line.

Donte had five points in the 2A State Tournament last year in a first round game against Thomas More Prep and helped the Chargers when 15 games and make State for the first time since 2008.
