Centralia's Becker captures school record in the long jump

Quite the story for Centralia’s Reagan Becker last week at the Sabetha Invitational.

The senior continued her stellar track and field career by breaking the school record in the long jump with a mark of 17’ 9.75”.

Not only did the previous record date back to 1988, but the previous record holder was Reagan’s aunt Renee Becker Crisler.

Some other highlights this season include Reagan breaking her own high jump record by a half inch at Nemaha Central and winning the long jump at Marysville.

Reagan is the defending 1A State Champion in the high jump.
