Bandel punches out 17 in win over defending State Champs

Corissa Bandel has been dominant all season inside the circle as the McLouth softball team continues their undefeated season. 

The Bulldogs are 15-0 with 11 of their wins via the shutout, they’ve outscored their opponents 186-6, and they haven’t allowed a run in nearly two weeks.

On Tuesday, the Bulldogs beat the defending 4A State Champs in Eudora 4-0. Corissa struck out 17 in the game and has been a problem for opposing offenses. 

McLouth is ranked #6 in Class 2-1A in the latest Kansas Media Softball Rankings. 

Corissa is a multi-sport athlete who finished 3rd in the 100-meter dash and 6th in the 100-meter hurdles at State track last year.
