Kramer Heading Back to the 3-2-1 State Tennis Tournament this Weekend

The Marysville girl’s tennis team will have some representation at the upcoming 3-2-1A State Tournament this weekend in Topeka.

Shea Kramer will have her sights set on a singles State Title after having an impressive season. Shea won the Regional Singles Title this past weekend in Marysville.

She went a perfect 4-0 beating Hesston’s Elyse Griffin 6-0 & 6-1, Perry Lecompton’s Sophie Scrimsher 6-0 & 6-0, Smoky Valley’s Magdalena Rauchholz 6-1 & 6-0, and Katherine Weiss of Sacred Heart in the Finals 6-2 & 6-2.

She heads into the State Tournament this weekend with a record of 26-6. Shea finished 10th place at the State Tournament last season.
