Jeff County North's Robertson Wraps Up Three Wins on the Track

The 2019 high school track season has been outstanding to say the least for the Jeff County North Chargers and it continued Friday night with winning their home invitational.

Leading the way for the Chargers was sophomore Kassidy Robertson who wrapped up three event wins on the day.

She opened the meet with wins in the 100 and 200-meter dashes before finishing off the day with another victory it the 400-meter dash.

Although Friday was Robertson’s first meet with multiple wins, she has been great all year long picking up multiple top three finishes all season long.

Her performances have helped the Charger girls pick up two meet wins on the year, as the JCN girls also have two second place finishes as a team as well.

Robertson and the Chargers will look to wrap the regular season strong with the Northeast Kansas League meet set for Thursday in Winchester.
