Area KS Track Stars Earn Bids to State at Regional Track Meets

Spots were up for grabs across the state of Kansas yesterday for the State meet in track and field on the Friday May 24th and Saturday May 25th and many area competitors punched their tickets to Wichita this year with their performances.

Below are the results for the area Regionals; story on state qualifiers will be up later.

The B&B girls and Centralia boys placed first as a team in 1A, while the Hiawatha boys were second in Class 3A and the Holon boys were third in Class 4A.  Washington County girls also captured first place.
