Peru State Players Receive Academic Acolades

Tyler Nutsch, a Peru State College (PSC) senior from Beatrice, and Tim Oehring, a PSC senior from Lincoln, were named to the Capital One Academic All-District 6 team for football.  Nutsch earned his recognition as a linebacker in the College Division of District 6 while Oehring was recognized as a defensive lineman.
 
Student-athletes are nominated by current members of CoSIDA (College Sports Information Directors of America) which is a national organization comprised of the sports public relations, communications and information professionals throughout all levels of collegiate athletics in the United States and Canada.
