Oskaloosa Girls and McLouth boys win Pleasant Ridge Invitational Meet

The Oskaloosa girls and McLouth boys won the Pleasant Ridge Invitational track and field meet on Monday afternoon. 

The Oskaloosa girls finished the meet with 143 points while McLouth finished in second place with 113 points. 

ACCHS (80), Pleasant Ridge (69), Maur Hill-Mount Academy (49), and Valley Falls (19) rounded out the team scores. 

First place finishes for Oskaloosa was Emma Vogel in the 800m and 1600m while Taylor Peterson won the 3200m. Hallie Wright won the long jump and triple jump and they also won the 4x800m relay. 

The McLouth boys won the meet with 174 points while Pleasant Ridge finished in second place with 121 points. 

Maur Hill-Mount Academy (82), ACCHS (59), and Oskaloosa (34) rounded out the team scores. 

First place finishes from McLouth came from Ned Forsberg in the 400m, Lake Horner in the 800m, Beau Harsh in the 300m hurdles and triple jump, and Uchenna Orji in the shot put.
