Valley Heights Win Home Boys Golf Tournament

The Valley Heights boys golf team won their home tournament on Friday afternoon at Waterville Golf Course. 

The Mustangs won the tournament with a team score of 339 and they had their top four finish inside the top 11. 

Jayden DeWalt finished in third place with an 80, Brady DeWalt tied for fourth place with an 83, Dustin Denton finished in eighth place with an 86, and Royce Ekstrum finished in 11th place with a 90. 

Onaga, Centralia, Washington County, and Hanover rounded out the top five in the team standings. 

Grayson Votipka of Washington County and Graham Valburg of Onaga tied for the best score of the tournament as they both shot a 77.
