Maur Hill-Mount Academy Girls Win McLouth Mid-Season Tournament
The Maur Hill-Mount Academy girls basketball team won the McLouth Invitational defeating NEK 60-40 in the championship game on Saturday.
The run for the Ravens included a 50-18 win over Maranatha in the quarterfinals and a 52-47 win over Horton in the semifinals.
The Ravens are 5-4 overall and have won five of their last six games after starting the season 0-3.
Horton would finish third place defeating Riverside in the consolation final 32-29. The Horton boys would finish in second place losing to Bishop Ward in the championship game.
