K-Preps Rankings Heading into Week 7

K-Preps have updated their weekly football rankings ahead of week seven matchups this week. 

Axtell remains the #1 ranked team in 8M-II as they won their 45th straight game on Friday against St. Paul, continuing the longest winning streak in Kansas 8-Man history. 

Hanover and Frankfort continue their strong seasons as Hanover is ranked #3 while Frankfort is ranked #4. 

Hanover improved to 6-0 as they beat Wakefield and Frankfort improved to 5-1 after they dominated Blue Valley-Randolph. 

Jackson Heights dominated their opponent once again on Friday as they defeated Onaga 64-8 and they stay true at #3 in Class 1A. 

Rossville also remained in the 1A ranks at #5 as they put up 71 points in their win against Cair Paravel. 

Nemaha Central won their fifth straight game shutting out Sabetha in what was a key district win and they are ranked #3 this week in Class 2A behind only Southeast of Salina and Norton. 

Silver Lake improved to 5-1 with their win over Riley County and the Eagles are ranked right behind the Thunder at #4.
