Silver Lake Girls Golf Wins Home Tournament

The Silver Lake girls golf team won their home tournament at Lake Shawnee Golf Course on Monday afternoon. 

The Eagles won the tournament with a score of 361 followed by Jefferson West (380), Osage City (414), Holton (418), West Franklin (452), Rossville (467), and Marion (531). 

Taylor Zordel led Silver Lake and won the tournament with a round of 78 followed by Peyton Pitts of Osage City with an 83, and Izzy Higgins of Jefferson West with an 86. 

Silver Lake's Kailyn Hanni shot an 87 to finish in fourth place and Taryn Taylor of Jefferson West shot a 95 to finish in fifth place.
