Perry-Lecompton Wins West Franklin Tournament

The Perry-Lecompton volleyball team went a perfect 5-0 on Saturday to win the West Franklin Tournament. 

The Kaws defeated West Franklin (25-20, 25-18), Paola (25-23, 25-23), and Osage City (25-22, 25-14) in pool play. 

They would go on to defeat Anderson County (25-20, 25-21) in the semifinals and then would go on to defeat Paola (25-17, 25-20) in the championship match. 

The perfect weekend puts the Kaws back to above .500 on the season with a record of 10-8 and will be back in action this week on Tuesday night at Riley County.
