Silver Lake Girls Golf Wins Holton Tournament

The Silver Lake girls golf team won the Holton Invitational on Tuesday afternoon at Holton Country Club with a team score of 369. 

Silver Lake's Taylor Zordel won the individual title in dominant fashion with an 81 which was 10 strokes better than second place. 

Holton finished in second place with a team score of 391 and posted the three best scores after Zordel with Amanda Taylor shooting a 91, Elisa Bartel shooting a 92, and Kaiya Taylor shooting a 92. 

Rossville, Bonner Springs, Wamego, Spring Hill, and Maur Hill-Mount Academy rounded out the team scores for the tournament.
