Perry-Lecompton Softball Wins Big 7 League Title

The Perry-Lecompton softball team won the Big 7 League Title winning 11 of 12 league games this season. It's also the final Big 7 league softball title as the league with merge with the Mid-East to make the Big East league beginning next season. 

The Kaws have won 12 of 16 games overall this season but haven't played in over a week with games being cancelled due to weather. 

They are expected to wrap up their regular season schedule Tuesday against Anderson County. 

Kaws will be in one of the toughest Regional Tounaments in Class 3A with Rossville, Silver Lake, and Santa Fe Trail headlining the top of the standings.
