Track Results (4/9) from Nemaha Central, Perry-Lecompton, and Smith Center
Tuesday (4/9) was a busy day across the high school front for Track & Field events with plenty of area teams in action.
The Nemaha Central girls won their home invitational with 205 points while Centralia finished in second place with 71 points and Troy in third place with 61. Axtell, Onaga, and Valley Heights rounded out the team scoring.
The Axtell boys dominated at Nemaha Central winning the event with 190 points followed by Nemaha Central in second place with 146 points and Pawnee City finishing in third place. Valley Heights, Centralia, Onaga, and Troy rounded out the team scoring.
Perry-Lecompton was hosting their invitational with 13 teams competing in the event. Teams included Atchison, ACCHS, Jefferson West, Maur Hill-Mount Academy, McLouth, Oskaloosa, Blue Valley-Randolph, and Silver Lake.
