Eight-Man All-Star Games Set for Saturday in Beloit

The Eight-Man All-Star football games are coming up on Saturday, June 10th and will be held in Beloit. The Division-II game will be played first at 10:00 AM with the Division-I game to follow at 1:30 PM. 

Clifton Clyde will have two players on the west squad in the Division-I game with Seth LeClair and Maison Slater. There coaches include Kyle Bright of Macksville, Travis Desbien of Hill City and Clint Kuhns of Meade. 

The Twin Valley League will continue to represent in the Division-II game with Axtell, Frankfort and Hanover. 

Axtell has won the last two state championships and they will have Evan Buessing and Isaac Detweiler participating. 

Frankfort will have Xander Hull and Hanover will have Josh Zarybnicky. All four will be playing for the East squad. There coaches include Keith Wiatrack of St. Paul, Shelby Hoppes of Canton-Galva and Matt Heuer of Hanover. 

The East squad won the Division-I game last year 54-30 while the West squad won the Division-II game 20-14.
