2022 Shrine Bowl Set for Saturday in Pittsburg

The 49th Kansas Shrine Bowl is ready to roll on Saturday, July 23rd in Pittsburg. 

Five local athletes made the East roster for 2022. 

Nemaha Central's Zac Kramer (5'10 190), Doniphan West's Trent Spiker (6'3 195), Centralia's Treydon Talley (6'0 275), Holton's Andrew Williams (6'2 265), and Jefferson County North's Ryan Feldkamp (6'5 230). 

Spiker was First Team All-TVL as a skill position player on offense this past season. Williams was First Team All-Big 7 as an offensive lineman, Feldkamp was First Team All-NEKL on offense as a tight end and on defense as a defensive lineman. 

Jefferson County North is well represented with head coach Jeff Schneider tabbed as one of the assistants for the East. 

Rod Stallbaumer of Basehor-Linwood will be in charge as head coach of the East while the West will be led by Troy Black of Wichita Collegiate. 

The game will kickoff at 7:00 PM at Carnie Smith Stadium.
