Sabetha and Marysville Golf Competes in Wamego
The Sabetha and Marysville boys golf teams competed on Tuesday afternoon at the Wamego Invitational.
Sabetha finished in sixth place while Marysville finished in 11th.
Sabetha's top performer was Cullen Wikle who finished tied for 12th with an 89. Matt Whittaker and Cole Grimes posted top-25 finishes as they both shot a 95.
Sabetha's team score was 379 while Marysville's was 481. Wamego won the tournament with a team score of 343.
The top performer was Cody Shurle of Manhattan Chief who won the tournament with a 78.
