KVA Announces All-State Tournament Teams
The Kansas Volleyball Association announced their all-state tournament teams.
37 of the 84 players chosen are repeat selections and six of them are three-time selections, including most recent athlete of the week, Centralia’s Avery Deters. Owen Deters and Reagan Becker also made the list as Centralia took third in 1A-D1.
Hanover won the State Title in Class 1A-D2 with Ceegan Atkins, Avery Behrends, Madison Bruna and Allison Jueneman all making the All-State team for the second time in their careers.
Jefferson County North’s Adison Manville earned all-state honors in class 2A. The Chargers failed to get out of pool play after losing a tiebreaker to Ellinwood.
