Sabetha Golf Takes Second at Marysville to Lead Area Performances

The high school golf season continued Tuesday night with area teams competing at the Marysville Invitational and the best finish came from Sabetha who took second as a team.

The Bluejays had three golfers finish inside of the top 15 led by Cullen Wikle who tied for fourth with an 85, while Dalton Rokey added a 12th place finish along with Riley Lierz who tied for 13th.

Nemaha Central was the only other local team competing at Marysville and the Thunder got their top finish from Cassidy Corby who took ninth place shooting a 91.
