Jackson Heights Volleyball Takes Second at Frankfort Invitational Leading Area Teams

Area high school volleyball teams were back in action Saturday competing in a pair of tournaments and at the Frankfort Invitational on Saturday and the best finish came from Jackson Heights who took second.

The Cobras finished 4-1 on the day with wins over Manhattan, Frankfort, Onaga and Wetmore but a loss to Washington County who claimed first.

Frankfort came away with third winning on a tiebreaker with a 2-3 record over Manhattan and Wetmore who finished fourth and fifth, respectively.
