Sabetha Volleyball Remains Perfect Claiming Rock Creek Invitational

Area high school volleyball teams were back in action Saturday competing in a pair of tournaments and at the Rock Creek Invitational the Sabetha Lady Jays remained perfect on the year claiming the tournament championship with a 4-0 record.

 Sabetha opened the day with wins over Rock Creek, Horton and Hiawatha before capping the day with a win over Marysville.

The win puts Sabetha to 12-0 on the season and is the Lady Jays second tournament championship of the year.

Also, at the Rock Creek Invite Hiawatha went 2-2 on the day to take third while Horton came up short in each of their matches.
