Jeff County North Volleyball Wins Osawatomie Championship

The Jefferson County North Chargers continued the 2019 season Saturday competing at the Osawatomie Invitational and the Chargers continued to roll claiming the tournament championship.

JCN went a perfect 3-0 on the day with three dominant wins in two sets over Osawatomie, KC Christian and Pleasanton.

That 3-0 record put the Chargers into the semifinals where they dominated Erie 25-9 and 25-19 before beating Osawatomie for the second time on the day in two sets 25-23 & 25-23.

The tournament championship and 5-0 puts the Chargers at 27-8 on the season and JCN now gears up for sub-state play on Saturday.
