Jeff West Girl's Golf Earns Trip to State with Second Place Finish at Regionals

Jeff West Regional Girl’s Golf – Results

The Jeff West girl’s golf team continued its season Monday afternoon hosting a Class 3-2-1A regional meet and the Tigers qualified for the state meet as a team taking second place.

Jeff West finished with a team score of 410 and had two golfers place inside of the top 10 with Lily Yager taking seventh with a 99 while Tehya Starr finished in ninth place with a 101.

The Tigers also had Alexandra Thompson card a 104 to take 11th, while Mollie Williams added a 14th place finish to round out top finishers.

Jeff West now gears up for the state meet which is scheduled for October 21 and 22 in Salina.
