Benedictine Runs to Win at Peru State

#2 Benedictine scored on their first 4 posessions enroute to a 48-17 win over Peru State on the road Saturday.

Running the football continues to be the Ravens long suit as Marquis Stewart put up 253 yards on only 18 carries (14.1 ypc) with 4 touchdowns and Charlie Nihart added 104 yards on 14 carries and 1 TD.  BC amassed 625 total yards of total offense and scored 6 rushing TD's moving their record to 3-0.

Benedictine returns home next Saturday to host football newcomer Clarke University.  Kickoff is set for 1:00 at Wilcox Stadium with the KAIR 93.7 pre-game to begin at 12:30.
