Pleasant Ridge Leads Area Teams at McLouth Volleyball Invitational

McLouth Invitational – Pool Play & Bracket

Area volleyball teams were also in action on Saturday at the McLouth Invitational and the best area finish came from Pleasant Ridge who took second place falling to Heritage Christian in the championship.

The Rams opened tournament play with two set wins over Bishop Seabury and ACCHS before falling to Heritage Christian in two sets to finish pool play 2-1.

Pleasant Ridge then faced Veritas Christian in the opening round of the pool play earning a two-set win before beating Maur Hill-Mount Academy in the semifinals and going on to take second.

After Pleasant Ridge the next best finishes came from McLouth and Maur Hill-Mount Academy as the Ravens went 3-1 while the Bulldogs finished 3-2.
