Holton Girls Golf Takes Seventh at 4A State Meet

The Holton girl’s golf team wrapped up their 2018 season Tuesday afternoon at the 4A state meet in Hutchinson and the Lady Cats finished seventh as a team out of 12 teams competing.

Taylor Stevens posted the best finish for the Lady Cats taking 17th shooting a 91, while Sarah Holaday was right behind taking 19th with a 93.

Faith Holaday also finished 27th carding a 97, while Abbigail Hundley rounded out the day for the Lady Cats taking 59th place shooting a 109.  

The Lady Cats finish one of the best girl’s golf seasons in school history with five tournament titles, including a regional title and a trip to the 4A state meet.
