Auburn Wrestling Coach Selected for Hall of Fame

Auburn Wrestling coach Mark Oliver is among three coaches selected for induction in the Nebraska Scholastic Wrestling Coaches Association Hall of Fame. The 2017 class of inductees were announced Monday.
Joining Oliver will be Tyler Herman of Amherst, and Bennington’s Alan Pokorny.
Thad Allen (Omaha Holy Name), Don Reyes (Gering), Ryan Knutson (Mitchell) and Kris Mays (Amherst) were competitors inducted. All won three state titles during their time in high school. Sidney’s Steven Vach, a 1996 gold medalist, was also a part of the group of former wrestlers.
