Benedictine Blows By Wildcats

The 20th ranked Benedictine College Ravens outscored Culver Stockton 31-7 in the second half and won the HAAC Game of the Week in Canton, MO 45-14 Saturday.

With the win, BC moves to 5-2 on the season and 1-0 in the all-important Conference Divisional play.

The Raven run defense was outstanding, holding the Wildcats to three yards rushing on 28 attempts.  Tyler Henness led the BC ground game with 66-yards as the Ravens used seven ball carriers in the game.

Neext week finds Benedictine with a bye week as they gear up for another road trip on October 22 when they will travel to Lamoni, IA to face Graceland.
