Four Twin Valley League Volleyball Teams Compete at Onaga Invite

It was round robin tournament action on Saturday in Onaga as four Twin Valley League teams plus two others hit the court for action.

Non-area team Wabaunsee came out on top on the day with a 5-0 performance in the round robin tournament, while Frankfort finished second posting a 4-1 mark in competition. The Wildcats notched straight set wins over St. Xavier and Onaga, while beating Blue Valley and Wetmore in three sets and falling in three sets against Wabaunsee. 

A 3-2 mark gave Blue Valley third place on the day picking up a three set win over Onaga and straight set wins over St. Xavier and Wetmore. While the host Onaga Buffaloes went 2-3 on the court beating St. Xavier and Wetmore both in straight sets. Wetmore posted a 1-4 outing picking up their lone win in straight sets over St. Xavier.
