Pair of TVL Boys Golfers Compete at 2A State Tournament

A pair of Twin Valley League boys golfers hit the course one final time on Monday competing in the Class 2A State tournament in Salina at the Country Club course. 

A total of 88 golfers teed it up for the Class 2A State tournament and Valley Heights Mustang, Bryan Yungeberg and Washington County Tiger, Hunter Johnson competed amongst that field. Yungeberg carded a 95, posting a 48 on the front and 47 on the back earning him 37th place at State. While, Johnson posted a 53 on the front and 55 on the back to finish with a 108 and placed 72nd at State.
