Jeff West Girls Golf Team Wins Home Invitational

The lady Tigers of Jeff West were on the prowl on Thursday as they hosted golf action and picked up the tournament win with a strong all-around performance. 

The Tigers beat out five other teams to claim the team title at their home meet posting a team score of 194 on the day, two-strokes better than the second place team in Spring Hill. 

Leading the way for Jeff West on the day was Olivia Neuenswander as she shot a 44 and picked up first place with her performance. Three of her teammates joined her with Top ten performances as Miranda Hein posted a 46 to take fourth, while Jordan Biggs carded a 50 for seventh place and Delaney Holthaus took home a ninth place finish after posting a 51. Sydney Schneider also had a solid performance for the Tigers as she tallied a round of 53 to take 15th place. 

The girl's golf season continues for Jeff West next Wednesday, September 9th at the Topeka-Seaman Invitational.
