Southeast Nebraska Girls Teams Reach District Finals

The Falls City and Sacred Heart girls have advance to the District Finals action coming up Friday night, February 27. 

Falls City (12-12) will play Omaha Concordia (16-6) at 7:30 p-m Friday night. You can hear the game live on SUNNY 101.3 and view a webcast of the game on "The Falls City Channel". 

Falls City Sacred Heart (24-2) #1 in Class D2 will take on #5 & #8 ranked Hampton ( 23-2) at 7 p-m at Norris High School at 7 p-m. YOu will be able to hear this game live on A-M 1230, KTNC. 

Other area teams in District finals Friday night are #8 Friend (20-5)  against Bruning-Davenport-Shickley (16-6) in the D1 District fianl at Centennial High School.

In Class C2 #4 Freeman (24-2 will take on #5 Yutan 23-2 at Waverly High School.  

The District winners advance to the State Tournament beginning on Thursday, March 5th in Lincoln.
