Rock Port Defeats Mound City in 275 Conference Football

(KLZA)-- The Rock Port Bluejays snapped a two-game losing streak with a 30-14 win over Mound City Friday night at Rock Port, in a game heard on SUNNY 101.3.   

Brady Minter ran for 150 yards and two TD's and Colby Linthicum picked up 119 yards on the ground and scored two times for the Bluejays. 

A stout Rock Port defenes held Mound City in check for most of the game.  The Panther scores came on a Hayden Marrs pass to Jaden Gillenwater and on a later run by Kyree Howell.  Mound City has now lost two straight.  

Both teams are 3-2 on the year.
