Rock Port Has Three Qualify for State Wrestling

Three  Rock Port wrestlers have qualified for the Missouri State Wrestling tournament going on at Mizzou Arena in Columbia.

The action begins Thursday morning at 8 a-m.

Blue Jays qualifying for state include Ty Jones, a sophomore at 106

pounds with a  record of 39-6.  Junior, Trevor Holmes will take a 40-8 record to Columbia at 145 pounds and at 152 pounds, Trey Pope, a sophomore has a 28-10 record headed to the state tournament.
