Tiger Lose Regular Season Finale

 (KLZA) -- The Falls City Tigers lost to 9th ranked Lincoln Christian 49-28 Thursday night in a game played in Lincoln.  The Crusaders overcame a 14-6 deficit scoring the next four touchdowns en-route to their 7th win of the season.  Falls City finishes the regular season 5-3.

Quarterback Logan Power led the Crusaders hitting 11 of 17 pass attempts for 212 yards and 4 touchdowns,  three of which went to Leighton Chicoine.  Tailback Tanner Schwaniger ran for more than 150 yards and a score.

Falls City was senior Mitchell Harling hit 5 of 6 passes for 93 yards and a scoring strike to Reese Houge.  Harling also ran for more than 140 yards on 27 carries in teh game.  Brenden Heckinlively scored two times for Falls City.

Falls City now waits for Class C-1 playoff pairings to be announced on Saturday.
